The Patriots played a physical game against Banner Christian School Friday, September 21st. The Patriots started strong with a quick header goal by Preston Tran, and another soon after by James Denison off a corner, and things looked as if they would be easy. Throughout most of the first half however, our guys looked decent but sloppy in their execution. The second half was rough with several of the Patriots’ main players getting fouled often, though seemingly not on purpose. Our guys were very close to converting several of the free kicks and corner kicks into goals; however, none of them went in. The Patriots came away with a 6-0 win, but it was a hard-fought battle. Great job guys!
