October 11, 2007The Patriots came out on top after a match against West End Christian School. They played well during the first half and scored five goals relatively easily. However, West End came out strong the second half, scoring four goals in the first 25 minutes of the 40-minute period. Two came off of corner kicks and two came in the form of Penalty kicks (one-on-one shots resulting from a foul or hand ball inside the penalty box). Only up by one goal, the Patriots dug in and held West End the rest of the half, and finally added one goal at the very end to finalize the win. They remain undefeated with a score of 6-4. Way to go guys!
